All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (€12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Tracking included
  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over €50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a simple return and exchange policy.

Our Return Policy

You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • Items are unused and unwashed
  • Original labels and packaging are intact
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Important exceptions: Due to hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Ondergoed & sokken (Underwear & socks)

All other items in our collection (Accessories, Pants, Women’s and Men’s Clothing, Jackets & Blazers, Children’s Clothing) can be returned as long as the above conditions are met.

Return Process in 4 Simple Steps

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

Step 2: Wait for Our Response

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send you a return approval containing:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Return address
  • Specific instructions for your return

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once you receive approval:

  • Carefully pack the items in their original packaging
  • Include the order receipt or invoice
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package
  • Ship the package to the provided address

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or New Items

Once we receive and inspect your return:

For refunds:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email within 5 business days
  • Refund will be processed via your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal)
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank

For exchanges:

  • We’ll email you a confirmation of the exchange
  • Your new items will be shipped within 1-2 business days
  • You’ll receive a new tracking number for your exchanged items

International Returns

For international customers (outside the Netherlands):

  • Returns must be sent via a traceable shipping method
  • We recommend choosing an insured shipping method
  • Golden Head Winkel is not responsible for returns that get lost in transit
  • Any customs fees for return shipments are the customer’s responsibility

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to get my refund?

After receiving and inspecting your return, it takes up to 5 business days to process your refund. It may then take another 5-10 business days for the amount to appear in your bank or credit card account, depending on your bank.

Can I return my order in person?

Unfortunately, we currently don’t accept returns at our physical location. All returns must be mailed to our distribution center.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at [email protected]. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and arrange for a quick replacement or refund.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Yes! Clearly state in your return request that you want an exchange and specify which size/color you’d like. If the desired item is in stock, we’ll send it to you right away. If it’s not available, you’ll receive a refund.
